The Natural Alternative has been a part of the Co-op movement since 1974. Starting as a buying club in a church basement in Grantsburg the Co-op moved to a basement level storefront in Frederic. Today there are more than 600 active members and the store on main street in Luck supports more than 50 farmers and small businesses by selling everything from grass-fed lamb to organic milk and natural cosmetics.
